Every piece has a place

A delivery list tells you
what to expect.
The garments tell
the rest of the story.

Vayrag is being built to bring those two together. Start with a reviewed delivery list, verify what physically arrives, and keep the differences visible.

How it works

From expected
to accounted for.

Our planned workflow, beginning with receiving.

  1. 01 / Receive

    Begin with
    the delivery list.

Bring in a designer’s PDF or spreadsheet. Review the proposed styles, sizes and quantities before approving what you expect.

A list is an expectation. It isn’t a receipt.

  2. 02 / Verify

    Check the garments.
    Keep the flow.

Scan as you unpack. Match garments against the expected quantities and set unclear or unexpected pieces aside for review.

A barcode may identify a variant, not a unique piece.

  3. 03 / Locate

    Know what’s here.
    See why.

Find verified inventory at your receiving site and follow the record behind it. More locations, transfers and loans are planned for later.

Individual piece history needs a unique identifier.

Clarity in the exceptions

Almost right
is worth
understanding.

One unexpected garment doesn’t replace a missing one. A useful receiving record keeps both facts in view.

Designed around physical work

Less guesswork.
A record you can follow.

The plan is simple: keep the original delivery document, make uncertain matches reviewable, and record who verified what, when and where.

Receiving comes first. Transfers, loans and connections between independent companies will follow only as the underlying workflow becomes dependable.
